1st USA Realty Professionals, Inc. was established by Raymond White, the company’s Owner and Designated Broker. 1st USA Realty rolled out in May of 1995 with one real estate agent, Ray White, and one Broker. It has since become the third largest real estate company in Arizona with 1,800 Real Estate agents and is still growing. In 2004, 1st USA Realty agents were responsible for closing over 20,000 transactions, and grossing more than $3,400,000,000 in Real Estate sales. The estimates for 2005 are 25,000 transactions and over $4,200,000,000 grossed in residential sales.
1st USA Realty’s rapid growth is attributed to the excellent service provided to employees and clients. 1st USA Realty is a rarity in the real estate world-a 100% office that provides full service to its agents. The corporate office has been established in Mesa, Arizona with seven branch offices located throughout the valley. The corporate office features a full-time customer service center with employees willing and ready to assist 1st USA agents. The staff at the customer service center is able to handle sale and listing documents, as well as commission checks. On-call brokers are prepared to answer agent questions, and title companies are authorized to cut commission checks directly to agents.
