David Parker was an asset to us during our first home buying experience. He not only took care of everything, but made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. He advised us to work with a lender that had many programs to choose from, and Central Pacific Mortgage was that lender. After all the closing documents were signed we paid $45.00 out of pocket to move into our home. We would recommend Mr. Parker to anybody that is buying a home, especially a first time home buyer.
